How is AI trained?

Momentum does not use ‘a single AI’.

Each task relies on:

• a dedicated prompt
• an orchestration engine that chooses the right prompt/processing
• resources tailored to the need (e.g. frameworks, methods, coaching-related content)

User conversations are not used to train public models.
