# How is AI trained?

## -

Momentum does not use ‘a single AI’.

Each task relies on:

- a **dedicated prompt**
- an **orchestration engine** that chooses the right prompt/processing
- resources tailored to the need (e.g. frameworks, methods, coaching-related content)

User conversations are not used to train public models.
