Your exchanges are strictly confidential.

Neither HR, administrators nor your managers have access to the content of your individual conversations. The organisation can only view aggregated and anonymised usage data (e.g. activation rate or frequency of use), never the content of exchanges. Momentum was designed as a secure space for reflection, without surveillance or individual evaluation. Confidentiality is a founding principle of Momentum.
