# Can I use Momentum outside of working hours or for personal matters?

You can access it outside your usual working hours if your organisation allows it. All exchanges remain confidential.  
However, the tool is intended for issues related to your role as a manager. For strictly personal matters, other spaces or professionals may be more appropriate.
