How the platform experience can be customized for employees?

Customizing the platform experience for employees maximises their engagement.



Step 1

To personalise the employee experience:

Click on the desired programme.
You can access it directly from the home page or from the Programme tab.

 


 

Step 2
Select the Settings icon (top right).
Open the Customisation tab.
 

In this space, you can edit the elements that are only visible to employees.

These changes do not affect the administrator view.
A programme can therefore have an internal name that is different from the one visible to employees.


To make changes, click on the pencil icons.

In the first section, you can change your company name, the programme name, and the name and order of the pillars.


In the second section, you can customise the subject line and body of the welcome email sent to employees.

Once you have made your changes, send yourself a test email to preview the result.

 

Finally, in the last section, you can adapt the introductory message displayed to employees.

Here again, it is possible to preview the result before validation.


If your programme is available in several languages, you can also make changes for each of them.
