# How do I create an action?

**How do I create an action?**

Once you’re logged in to the Fifty platform, go to the “Current Actions” section.

To create a new action, click “**Create your own action**”

Define your action

You can then:   
• enter the action’s title,   
• add a note to guide you through completing it.

💡 Best practice Start your title with an infinitive verb to formulate a clear, concrete, and actionable task.

Confirm your task

Once you’ve filled in the information, click “**Create and Accept.**”

Your task will automatically be added to your weekly goals.

Action title **Practice active listening by paraphrasing at least once during my next team meeting**

Note  
• Identify a moment when someone expresses an important idea  
• Respond with: “If I understand correctly, you’re suggesting… Is that right?”
