How do I create a habit and confirm it?

How do I create a habit and confirm it?

Turning an action into a habit helps you permanently embed a new behavior into your daily routine.

Step 1: Start with a successful action

Once you’re logged in to the Fifty platform, go to the “Current Actions” section.

After you’ve: • marked an action as successful, • and evaluated it,

the platform will automatically suggest turning it into a habit.

Step 2: Create the habit

If you wish to continue, click “Yes, I’ll try.”

You can then set: • the frequency of repetition (for example: every two weeks), • the day and time, • and add a reminder to your calendar.

👉 The goal is to make it easier to repeat the action over time.

Step 3: Confirm creation

Once the settings are defined, click “Create this habit.”

Your habit is now activated.

Step 4: Track your progress

Each time you repeat the action, click on: 👉 “I’ve done this action again”

When the action becomes natural and regular, you can confirm it permanently by clicking on: 👉 “Habit formed”

Create a habit from a past action

You can also create a habit from an action you’ve already performed.

To do this: • go to the “My Actions” menu, • click on the arrow icon, • then select “Create a habit”.

💡 Key takeaway

Doing something once is a first step.

It is repeating it over time that turns it into a lasting habit.
