I'm no longer receiving messages from Fifty, is this normal?
Discover here the possible reasons why you may no longer be receiving messages from Fifty.
1. Your program has ended
If your program has reached its end, it is normal that you no longer receive messages.
👉 Notifications are mainly sent during the active period of the program.
2. Your program is paused
Your program may be temporarily paused.
In this case, notifications are suspended until it resumes.
👉 To check or reactivate your program:

click on your name in the top right corner,

go to the “Notifications” section and adjust your notification settings.
3. A different email address is being used
If another email address is associated with your account:

you will not receive messages on your current email,

and you will not be able to log in with this address.
👉 Make sure you are using the email address linked to your registration.
