Momentum is designed to be used regularly, as your needs arise. Here is how to get the most out of it depending on the situations you encounter.
You have a difficult conversation tonight or tomorrow
Launch a role play. Describe the situation, practise 2-3 times orally, read the feedback. In 15 minutes you will be much more confident.
You are going through a complex management situation
Open a free session from "I need help now". Explain the context to Momentum — it will ask you questions to clarify the situation and help you identify what to do.
You want to make progress on a subject over time
Set an objective and follow the proposed journey. Weekly sessions allow you to advance gradually, with concrete actions to test between each session.
You have little time
Even 10 minutes is enough. A Momentum session is designed to fit into a busy day. If you have an invitation on your calendar, it lasts 15 minutes exactly.
You have just completed training
Set an objective linked to your training theme. Momentum draws on the same frameworks to support you in putting what you have learned into practice.
