Install Momentum on Microsoft Teams

Add Momentum to Teams in a few clicks and run your first session.

Momentum is available directly inside Microsoft Teams. Once the app is added, you access it like any other tool in your workspace, with no extra browser or password.

Prerequisites before installing

  • A Microsoft Teams account (desktop or web).
  • Your work email must be included in the allow list (whitelisting) managed by your Momentum administrator. Without it, the app installs but sign-in will fail.
  • Depending on your organization’s policy, adding third-party apps may require approval from a Teams administrator.
  • Check that your Teams email is the one attached to a Momentum campaign.
  • Check with your Momentum administrator that your address is on the allow list.
  • Close and reopen Teams to refresh the session.

Step 1 - Open Microsoft Teams

Launch Microsoft Teams from your desktop app, or go to teams.microsoft.com and sign in with your work account.

Step 2 - Open the apps catalog

In the left sidebar, click the Apps icon (the grid with a + sign). The Teams catalog opens.
