How do you create a programme from a file?
See the following section to learn how to import a document and transform its content into a structured programme on the platform.
Connecting a programme to the Fifty platform
Step 1 / Connecting to the platform
Log in to your platform at www.app.fifty.do.
Step 2 / Choose how to create the programme
In the ‘Connect a programme from’ section, you can choose to start from:
- a file (PDF, Word or PowerPoint),
- an existing template,
- or create everything manually.
If you already have a document presenting your training course, click on ‘From a file’.
Step 3 / Import the file
Drag and drop your document or import it from your computer.
Wait until the platform indicates that the file has been uploaded (‘Completed’).
The platform accepts the following formats:
Word (.docx)
PowerPoint (.pptx)
⚠️ If an error occurs, refresh the page and try importing again.
Step 4 / Automatic programme generation
Once the file has been uploaded, click on ‘Generate programme information’.
Fifty will analyse your document to create an initial database including:
- the programme name,
- a detailed description,
- the profiles concerned (Employees, Line Managers or Functional Managers),
- the structure, objectives and themes of the programme.

Step 5 / Check and customise the information
You can edit and validate the information provided, such as:
- the name of the programme,
- the target population,
- the description.
Once you have made your adjustments, click on ‘View programme structure’.
The platform will then show you:
- the program pillars,
- and the description associated with each pillar.
You can:
- edit or refine the descriptions,
- delete or add a pillar,
- define the name and description of each one.
When everything is ready, click on ‘Generate programme actions’.
Step 6 / Add your first actions
At this stage, you can:
- add your first actions immediately,
- or do it later.
If you click on ‘Add my first actions’, the platform will automatically suggest a series of appropriate actions.
Click on ‘+’ to add an action to the corresponding pillar.
Click on the pencil icon to edit an action.
Click on ‘Receive 5 more actions’ for the platform to generate new suggestions. Click on ‘Refine suggested actions’ to guide the AI and obtain actions that are even more relevant to your programme.
When you are finished, click on the cross to return to the overview and switch between pillars.
