How to use the Fifty AI assistant

You will learn how to use the assistant to make the most relevant actions, as well as the assistant's data management policy.

Fifty's AI assistant allows you to define relevant and personalised actions in record time.

How do you get relevant actions?

The more context you provide, the more relevant the actions will be. Here are the elements we recommend you fill in:

  1. Specific objectives: Clarify the precise objectives you want to achieve with this particular programme and theme.
  2. Target population: Be as specific as possible about the population (job title, years of experience, departments, and their daily lives (rituals, objectives, etc.).
  3. Existing problems: Describe whether there are any problems or obstacles already identified within the company or the target population.
  4. Corporate culture: Explain how the current corporate culture supports or hinders initiatives.

How can actions be personalised?

Actions can be highly personalised for the target employees.

  • Describe the tools that employees use on a daily basis. The names of these tools will be reused in the actions.
  • You can incorporate your corporate culture into the actions. For example, we call Fifty employees ‘Fifters’. By mentioning this, the assistant will use this term when applicable.

How do I add my own actions?

You can very simply add your own actions by asking the assistant. Here is an example:

Is the assistant RGPD compliant?

Yes, the assistant complies with the RGPD and more generally with our customers' very strict standards.

  • Not used to train models: The data sent is not used to train models.
  • Temporary retention: Data is stored for a maximum of 30 days.
  • Data located in France: The servers used are via Microsoft Azure in France
  • No personal data: No personal data is sent or even required for its proper functioning. We therefore advise you against adding any manually identifiable personal information.
