What KPI'S are available on the platform?
Understanding how the Fifty benchmark is defined helps you to assess your performance against the standards. See the following section for the criteria and methodologies used to establish this benchmark.
Since it was set up, Fifty has helped major companies in the CAC40 index or equivalent, in all sectors, to roll out programmes to thousands of employees. By analysing this data, we have been able to build up a benchmark of what large companies are doing in practice, helping our clients to interpret their results and make recommendations based on the best practices in the market.
The different levels of behavioural change are colour-coded on the platform to facilitate interpretation:

- Dark green (82% and above): The programme is regarded as a model of its kind, with excellent performance on all fronts. Recommendations include integrating this programme with other initiatives to maximise its impact.
- Light green (66% to 81%): The programme is effective and well perceived. It is recommended to continue to optimise performance by reinforcing the strong points identified.
- Yellow (52% to 67%): The programme's performance is good, but there is room for improvement. Detailed analysis is recommended to identify areas for improvement.
- Orange (up to 52%): Performance is below expectations. An in-depth analysis is required to understand the shortcomings and consider adjustments or even stopping the programme in favour of new programmes.
