How to get started with a skills development program on Fifty

Welcome to Fifty!

Your organization has given you access to this platform to support you in building your skills in a practical and sustainable way.

You have received (or will receive) an email, a link, or a QR code to create your account and start your program.

When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to:

  • enter your email address,
  • set your password.

A Method Based on Behavioral Science

At Fifty, we start with a simple observation:

👉 Training alone isn’t enough.

What truly brings about change are actions repeated in daily life.

The Fifty method is based on research in behavioral psychology, particularly the work of two Nobel laureates in economics.

It helps you:

  • turn your intentions into actions,
  • and then your actions into lasting habits.

How the program works

The program lasts 6 weeks—the time needed to initiate new behaviors.

These 6 weeks begin as soon as you log in for the first time.

Each week:

  • you discover a personalized selection of actions,
  • you choose the ones that fit your situation.

👉 You may be asked a few questions.

These help tailor the actions to your reality and measure progress at the organizational level.

Choose Your First Activities

The program is structured around 3 pillars.

Each week, you choose a theme.

👉 The other themes will become available gradually.

Once you’ve selected a theme, the platform suggests 4 actions.

For each action, you’ll see:

  • an estimated duration (usually between 5 and 15 minutes),
  • a “Learn More” button to understand its purpose and how to carry it out.

Accept and schedule an action

When you accept an action, you can schedule it.

👉 Scheduling an action significantly increases your chances of completing it.

You can:

  • choose a time,
  • add a reminder (calendar or text message),
  • decide to do it alone or in a group.

Once the settings are defined, click “Schedule”.

Then click “Start my week”.

💡 The goal: spend less time on the tool and more time taking action.

Confirm a successful action

At the end of the week, return to the platform.

If you’ve completed an action, click “I did it!”.

You can then:

  • evaluate the relevance of the action,
  • add a comment.

👉 All feedback is anonymized.

Then click “Save”.

Turning an action into a habit

After validation, the platform may suggest turning the action into a habit.

A habit is an action repeated often enough to become automatic.

You can:

  • decline,
  • or click “Yes, I’ll try”.

In that case, you’ll set:

  • a frequency,
  • a reminder.

Click “Create this habit”.

Each time you repeat the action, click “I did this again”.

When it becomes second nature, click “Habit formed”.

If you didn’t complete an action

Click “I didn’t succeed”.

You can indicate:

  • the obstacles encountered,
  • or suggestions for improvement.

👉 Again, feedback is anonymized.

Choose or create new actions

At any time, you can:

  • select new actions,
  • or create your own actions.

To create an action:

  • define a title (using an infinitive verb),
  • add a note.

Click on “Create and accept”.

The action appears in your weekly goals.

Track your progress

From the interface, you can track:

  • the current week,
  • your accepted actions,
  • your completed actions,
  • your habits.

In the “My Progress” section, you can view your progress:

  • 0 to 2 actions → Introduction
  • 3 to 5 actions → Transformation
  • 9 or more actions → Mastery

👉 You can clearly see your progress over time.

Groups, actions, and settings

You can:

  • create or join groups,
  • track your activities in “My Activities”,
  • redo or replay an activity at any time.

In your settings, you can:

  • change the language,
  • manage your notifications,
  • pause your program (without losing time on your journey).

In summary

With Fifty, you can:

  • easily start your program,
  • choose and plan your actions,
  • turn your actions into habits,
  • track your progress over time.

👉 There’s just one thing left for you to do: take action. 🚀
