At Fifty, protecting your data is a priority. Here are the key points you need to know as a user:

We only collect data that is necessary for the proper functioning of the platform:
Professional identity: first name, last name, email address, language, company, program followed.
Usage data: browsing, actions taken, feedback.
Connection: IP address (stored for a maximum of one month), connection frequency, country.
👉 No sensitive data (health, opinions, etc.) is processed.
🎯 Why do we collect this data?
It is used to:
recommend personalized micro-actions to you,
provide overall (non-individual) monitoring for your company,
ensure the proper technical functioning of the platform.
⏳ Retention period
Your data is retained for the duration of the contract, then for a maximum of 2 years (unless otherwise requested). It is then automatically anonymized. You can request the deletion of your data at any time by emailing: hello@fifty.do
👁️ Who can see what?
Only you can see your personal data. Your company's administrators only have access to aggregated data (minimum of four people). Individual actions remain strictly confidential.
🌍 Hosting & security
All data is hosted in France and Europe (AWS, Brevo, CM Telecom). It is encrypted and not accessible to technical service providers. No data is transferred outside the EU.
