Can a participant belong to several campaigns?
No. At any given time, a participant can only be attached to a single campaign.
Is it mandatory to fill in the AI context and add documents?
No, it is entirely optional. Without any added content, the coaching already works very well.
How many themes should a campaign have?
About 6, up to 8 to 10 maximum. A participant only works through one or two per campaign.
Can I change the dates of a running campaign?
The end date remains editable at any time. The start date is no longer editable once the campaign has started.
When do my participants receive an email?
Immediately if the campaign is already active at the time of the addition; otherwise, on the first day of the campaign.
Can a participant use Momentum outside of their objective?
Yes. Momentum remains continuously accessible to handle a one-off issue.
What happens if I remove a participant from a campaign?
They are removed from the campaign but keep their account and their access to Momentum, outside the campaign.
