How can the impact of Momentum be measured, both for managers and for the organisation?
-
The impact of Momentum can be measured on three complementary levels:
- Usage engagement Activation rate, frequency of use, number of situations worked on and consistency over time enable real adoption to be measured.
- Changes in managerial practices We observe improvements in the structuring of feedback, the preparation of reframing and the management of disagreements. These changes can be assessed through internal surveys, self-assessments, 360° feedback or manager barometers.
- Organisational impact In the longer term, the effects translate into reduced team tensions, improved engagement, lower turnover and fewer HR escalations.
Momentum acts on everyday micro-situations. It is these repeated micro-adjustments that produce a lasting impact.
