I cannot access my account. What should I do?

If you are unable to log in to Momentum, here are some things to check:

1. **Login method**
    
    Ensure you are using the correct channel:
    
    - via **Microsoft Teams**
    - or via the **web application** (URL provided by your organisation)
2. **Email address used**
    
    Check that you are entering the work email address associated with your account.

3. **Account activation**
    
    If your email is not recognised, this usually means that your access has not yet been activated.
    

Please note: Momentum does not work with a traditional password and does not offer SSO login.

If the problem persists, contact support via the **Help** section or your internal contact person.
