Your first journey in Momentum
Set your goal, choose your pace, and start progressing with guided sessions.
Here is how to start and follow a complete journey, from defining your goal to your first sessions.
Step 1 — Define your objective
On first launch, Momentum invites you to define an objective. Simply tell it what you want to improve — in a few words, orally or in writing. It asks a few questions to understand properly, then suggests an objective formulated clearly.

💡 Tip: do not try to formulate a perfect objective. Say what really concerns you ("I would like to better handle difficult feedback") — Momentum takes care of the formulation.
Step 2 — Discover your progress plan
Once the objective is validated, Momentum generates a personalised plan made up of several steps. Each step is a themed session. The plan adapts as you progress: if you advance quickly, the next sessions adjust.

Step 3 — Choose your pace
You choose how many times per week you want to connect: 1 session (quiet pace) or 2 sessions (balanced pace). Momentum automatically generates invitations on your Microsoft calendar.


Step 4 — Your first session
At session time, open Momentum in Teams and start. The coach welcomes you, understands your context, explores your situation with you, and helps you identify a concrete action to practise before the next session.

🎯 At the end of each session, you leave with a precise action to test. It is what you do between sessions that really makes the difference.
