How and why should employee data be made anonymous?
This article will show you how to remove anonymity and use this feature to support your employees, highlight their successes and enrich your performance reviews and development plans.

If you wish to lift the anonymity and track the actions undertaken by your employees, please contact your Customer Success Manager. They will be able to deactivate the anonymization for you.
Once this is done, go to the user page on your platform. Select a specific employee and review their selected actions, both successful and unsuccessful.

This will allow you to track their progress on a given program.
