How do I review my programme?

In this article, we will guide you through the essential steps for carrying out an effective programme review.

Reviewing a programme on the Fifty platform

Reviewing a programme means ensuring that all the proposed actions are relevant, consistent and ready to be rolled out to your employees. This is an essential step in guaranteeing the quality and impact of your training programme.

Start by logging into your platform at www.app.fifty.do, then open the ‘Programmes’ menu.

Select the programme you wish to review.

You can use the programme filter at the top right to display only active programmes, archived programmes or all programmes.

Understanding the structure of a programme

Each programme consists of pillars, which are the main themes of the course, and micro-actions, which are the specific actions proposed to employees.

From your programme's translation page, you can access the overview.

You can view the pillars and, within each one, the actions associated with them.

To change the name of a pillar or its description, click on the pencil icon.

Reviewing actions

Each pillar contains several actions:

  • approved actions,
  • actions to be processed,
  • and rejected actions.

To review an action, simply click on it.

You will then see all the elements that make it up:

  • the pillar to which it belongs,
  • its name,
  • the target profile(s),
  • advice on how to implement it,
  • why it is important,
  • and the estimated duration.

To modify an action, click on ‘Modify action’ at the bottom right.

Once you have made your changes, click on ‘Save changes’.

On the right-hand side of the screen, you can view or leave comments to discuss the relevance of an action with other administrators.

If you do not think an action is appropriate, you can reject it: it will not be added to the pillar.

If, on the other hand, you think it is relevant, approve it: it will be included in your programme.

You can review your choices at any time.

Validate the programme

For a programme to be ready for deployment, all actions must have been reviewed — i.e. validated or rejected.

Each pillar must include at least 10 actions per profile.

We recommend 12 to 15 actions per pillar, or approximately 42 to 48 actions in total.

This volume ensures that your employees will have a varied, concrete and motivating range of actions at their disposal.

Add new actions

If you want to enrich a pillar, click on ‘Add actions’.

You have three options:

  1. Launch a search using artificial intelligence.

The AI analyses the description of your pillar and suggests actions aligned with its objectives.

  2. Choose actions from the Fifty database.

You can filter actions by keyword, macro-skill, skill, behaviour or profile type.

  3. Create your own action.

Write it from scratch based on your idea.

A help link reminds you of best practices for writing a clear, measurable, and results-oriented action.

The actions you add will appear in the ‘To be processed’ section of the pillar.

You can then review them, just like the others.

If an action seems more relevant in another pillar, simply drag and drop it from one pillar to another.

Finalise and prepare for launch

Once all the actions have been validated and each pillar is complete, your programme is ready to be launched.

You now have a clear, consistent and engaging structure designed to transform training into action.

All that remains is to launch your campaign so that your employees can begin their journey.
